Shipment and Delivery date

It is BLUEARROW policy not to give a promise of definite delivery dates. This is because, at normal production status, we can as sure shipment within 20 working days after receipt of payment. Where clients or other users have special demands, we hope that these will be clearly expressed on submission of the order. Within our production ability, BLUEARROW will endeavor to meet such special delivery requirements.

Shipping

We adopt EXW term. Generally, we choose,FedEx, EMS or UPS as our forwarder. Of course, you can choose your own most favorable forwarder, and we would provide the freight bill according to the quantity and weight of the total products, Freight Collect can also be acceptable.
