1. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)

        We have a good product design ,development, improvement and manufacturing capabilities, According to our customers' needs or ideas about their own particular products, help customers on design , specifications and the production. The products are selled by their own.

        We will not sell all the ODM products in any form,and keep confidential in design, processes, material, and production. Of course, the confidential time is limited, except other promises.

2. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

        We also welcome the requirements of choosing our products for OEM, as well as impart us the most advanced technology and production methods.
        Here OEM means: We are simply manufacturer. The product design, production processes, including detailed specifications, are all provide by the customers, and even welcome customers provide us with mold, testing equipments, raw materials suppliers and so on. The after-sales service are supplied by customers themselves. We only provide after-sale repair service for products.

        The same as ODM, we will not sell all the OEM products in any form,and keep confidential in design, processes, material, and production. Of course, the confidential time is limited, except other promises.

3. OBM (Own Brand Manufacturer)

        For own-brand manufacturers, we can allow them to " paste label." However, we need to choose our OEM customers and have the requirements about the purchasing amount .Of course, we hope their price for sale is the same with us, also we can not allow customers to sell in pretty low price. We reserve the rights to carry out a number of similar products for OBM and use the BlueArrow brand for sales.

        Of course, if OBM customers with special requirements, to a certain amount of the purchase, we can carry out OBM specially ,and not sell this product to other resellers,including BlueArrow.
        If OBM customers need to have the only marketing right,in this case we need to sign the agreement and will determine a certain time for sale, if OBM customers failing to meet the procurement in the specified time, then we will have the right for sale separately.

4. EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)

        We can provide customers with "professional EMS" (Electronic Manufacturing Services).and we emphasize the services.We can not just simply help customers with production , and pay more attention to the follow-up services. We will according to the clients' products, increase the efficiency of the production capacity , strengthen the management of material and manufacturing cost savings in the production process, also can adjust the products to meet the needs of markets for the customers.

        Yes, customers only need to tell us the product concept, we can provide our customers with manufacturing services ,such as product design ,product specifications, apply certification, mold development, manufacturing production, and provide global express delivery and after-sales services.

        For those development and cooperation as mentioned above.,we will sign the contract before the cooperation , exercise the rights explicitly and carry out the obligations. Of course, both of them have a certain period.
